What this site is

A description of services offered by Datara Hub, based in Santiago de Querétaro, México. The content is informational and does not by itself create a client relationship or an obligation to provide any service.

Prices and timelines

Any figure published here is an indicative band for designing an engagement, not a quote. Durations are typical, not guaranteed. The binding numbers are the ones in a written proposal signed by both sides.

Case studies

The figures in the case studies are reported by the client or measured during the engagement, and are published with the client's authorisation. Where a client asked not to be named, they are not named. Past results describe what happened in that context; they are not a prediction of what will happen in yours.

Security services

No scanning, testing or assessment of any system begins without written authorisation from the owner of the assets, and for a penetration test, without agreed rules of engagement. This is a condition of the service, not a formality, and it is not waivable by verbal agreement.

Requesting a security service does not authorise it. The authorisation is a separate document.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and images of this site belong to Datara Hub. The deliverables of an engagement — source code, documentation, data — belong to the client, from the first commit, as stated in the engagement contract.

Limitation

The site is provided as is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here. Bring your situation to us and we will tell you what applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, unless a signed engagement contract states otherwise.
